Knitting by Niki for Younger Cousins

I made some headbands for my little cousins ages four and three. Knitting flowers is really simple. Begin by casting on four or five stiches, depending on how big you want each petal. Knit a couple of rows and then cast off one. Knit one row and cast off one again. Repeat this step until you have completely cast off. Then start over until you have the number of petals you desire for your flower.

  1. Niki, you are very creative! I like in incorporation of buttons, especially the one on the flower. Very cool. Maybe put a short video up of how to do these things? Keep it up! :)
